3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept:

• Cash on Delivery (Dubai & select UAE areas)
• Bank Transfer
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum - by arrangement)

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer fast and discreet shipping across the UAE. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery. For full details, please see our Shipping & Returns Policy.

• Dubai: 1-2 business days.
• Abu Dhabi: 2-3 business days.
• Other Emirates: 2-4 business days.

5. Business Bay Showroom Pickup

If you select showroom pickup, you agree to collect your order from our Business Bay location by appointment only. Pickups must be scheduled via WhatsApp. Items not collected within 14 days of arrival may be subject to restocking.

6. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our first copy bags and watches. Returns are accepted only for defective items or incorrect shipments within 7 days of receipt. Please refer to our full Shipping & Returns Policy for detailed instructions.
