AAA+ is our quality grading for the finest first copies available. These products feature:

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers in Dubai and most areas of the UAE. A small confirmation deposit may be required for high-value items. Contact us for details.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order may have entered processing. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need changes.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location in the UAE:

  • Dubai: 1-2 business days
  • Abu Dhabi: 2-3 business days
  • Other Emirates: 2-4 business days

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of 25-30 AED depending on your location. Free shipping on all orders above 500 AED within the UAE.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping may be available by special arrangement. Please contact us on WhatsApp to discuss options and costs.

Is my package discreet?

Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no logos, brand names, or indications of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only for defective items or if the wrong item was sent. Items must be unworn/unused and in original packaging. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
