IMPORTANT: All orders are shipped discreetly in unbranded packaging to ensure privacy and security. Signature may be required upon delivery.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all emirates within the United Arab Emirates. Shipping to other countries may be available by special arrangement—please contact us via WhatsApp for international inquiries.
2. Shipping Costs & Timeframes
We offer competitive shipping rates across the UAE. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
- Dubai & Northern Emirates: 1-2 business days. Flat rate 25 AED or FREE for orders above 500 AED.
- Abu Dhabi & Al Ain: 2-3 business days. Flat rate 30 AED or FREE for orders above 500 AED.
- Other Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain): 2-4 business days. Flat rate 30 AED or FREE for orders above 500 AED.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4. Discreet Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents or the original brand names. The return address is discreet as well.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us on WhatsApp.
6. Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of our first copy bags and watches. If you receive an item that is defective or significantly different from the description, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Items must be unworn/unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or after 7 days.
- Return shipping: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item sent).
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item (if reporting a defect). Do not send the item back without prior authorization.

- Provide a brief description of the issue (defect, wrong item, etc.).
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number.
- Ship the item back to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds: Will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Partial refunds: May be granted for items with minor issues not amounting to a defect.
- Late or missing refunds: Check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us on WhatsApp.
9. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, contact us on WhatsApp. Exchange shipping costs may apply.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We require photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery to process a claim. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
11. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement without any penalty. After that, orders may have already entered the processing stage and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, message us on WhatsApp immediately.
12. Business Bay Showroom Pickup
If you prefer to collect your order in person, you may select showroom pickup at checkout. Our showroom is located in Business Bay, Dubai. Pickups are available by appointment only. Please contact us on WhatsApp to schedule your pickup time.
